Your Word for 2026: The Anchor That Holds You When Motivation Drops

Your one word and one scripture can steady your whole year. Plus, I’m giving you a free digital wellness tool to track your goals, meals, water, and progress—right from your phone.

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think…” — Ephesians 3:20 (NIV)

Happy New Year. 🎉🎉🎉Welcome to 2026. I want you to start this year with excitement, yes—but also with wisdom. Because motivation is great for January, but consistency is what changes your life. So I want to ask you a question that will keep you steady when life gets busy and your routine gets tested: what is your word for 2026?

I love having a word because it becomes an anchor. It becomes a filter. It keeps you focused when emotions shift and distractions try to pull you off track. My word for 2026 is Harvest. I believe this is a year where I’m going to reap what I’ve sown. Not because I’ve been perfect, but because I’ve been faithful. I’ve kept showing up, learning, building, and staying open to what God wants to do—even when it isn’t what I originally planned.

And the scripture I’m standing on is Ephesians 3:20, because it reminds me that no matter how big I think, God is bigger. His thoughts are higher. His plan can exceed what we ask or imagine. After seeing how 2025 unfolded in ways I never fully predicted, I’m honestly excited to see how big God’s thoughts will be for 2026.

Now it’s your turn. Write this down: My word for 2026 is ________. The scripture I’m standing on is ________.

Then ask yourself this: where do I keep struggling to stay consistent—my Body Shift, my Mind Renewal, or my Purpose Step? Which one do you want to work on first? This matters because you’re not building this year on vibes. You’re building it on truth.

Faith Moment in Action

A word is not just a theme. It’s an anchor. When life gets loud, your word calls you back to focus. When you get tired, your scripture reminds you what God promised. When discipline gets tested, your rhythm keeps you steady.

Now let me bless you with something practical, because encouragement is powerful, but tools remove friction. I created a free resource for you called the FFP360 Total Woman Digital Wellness Tool. This is designed to help you stay focused and encouraged every day, without overwhelm. Inside, you’ll receive an inspirational scripture daily, you’ll have a place to set goals and track progress, you can log your meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, track your water, and write notes about how you feel and any challenges you faced. I also included workout examples and meal plan examples, so you’re not stuck trying to figure out what to do.

Journal Prompts Reflection

  • What do I want to reap in 2026 that I’ve been sowing toward?

  • Where do I usually lose momentum, and what support would help me stay consistent?

  • What would it look like to honor God with my health, my mindset, and my purpose this year?

If you want to go deeper in 2026, both books will support your journey. Menopause & Me will meet you right where you are if your body has been feeling unfamiliar and you need faith and clarity in this season. And Rise of the Proverbs 31 Woman will strengthen your wisdom, discipline, and daily alignment as you build your life as a Crowned Woman.

Next Tuesday, we’re going to talk about what to do when the new year motivation fades, because Crowned Women don’t just start strong. They finish strong.
