“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3 (NIV)
Let’s talk about the next level of your year, because January is not just about starting. It’s about building. And if you want 2026 to look different, it’s going to require something simple but powerful: focus. Not overwhelm. Not pressure. Focus.
Most women don’t need more goals. They need a tighter target. They need one clear lane, one steady rhythm, and one daily deposit that keeps them moving even when life is full.
This is why I love working in quarters. A year can feel too big. But 90 days? That’s doable. Ninety days is enough time to build traction without burning out. Ninety days is long enough to see fruit when you stay consistent.
So here’s your 90-day plan. First, choose your lane. Just one. Health, faith, or purpose. You can still care about the others, but you’re going to put your main energy on one lane so you can actually see progress. If you try to overhaul everything at once, you will end up tired and discouraged. Focus protects your momentum.
Second, set one weekly execution block. One time each week where you touch your goal no matter what. This is where most people lose it—they leave the most important thing up to “when I feel like it.” Your weekly block is your safeguard. This is you honoring your time and your priorities.
Third, choose one daily assignment. Something simple. Something realistic. The point is not that it has to be big. The point is that it’s consistent. Daily follow-through builds confidence. Confidence builds momentum. Momentum builds results.
If you want this to feel even more practical, bring it back to those three categories we’ve been using: Body Shift, Mind Renewal, Purpose Step. Choose the one you need to strengthen most over the next 90 days and give yourself a plan you can keep. This is how you stop starting over. This is how you move from intention to follow-through.
Faith Moment in Action
This season isn’t about pressuring yourself. It’s about partnering with God and staying consistent with what He told you to do. Most of the time, the “big breakthrough” is built through small steps you keep taking. Don’t overthink it. Just be willing to start, and stay flexible enough to follow the Holy Spirit if God shifts your plan. Your job is to stay faithful. God will handle the results.
In Action
Here’s your 90-day plan in three simple sentences. “For the next 90 days, my focus lane is ________. My weekly execution block is ________. My daily assignment is ________.” Keep it realistic. You’re not trying to do the most. You’re trying to build something you can actually maintain.
Example: “For the next 90 days, my focus lane is Purpose Steps. My weekly execution block is Total Woman Tuesday (writing the blog post and sharing it). My daily assignment is 15 minutes doing one small action that supports my purpose—something I can repeat without pressure.”
Journal Prompts Reflection
What lane needs my focus the most right now—and why?
What has been distracting me from staying consistent?
What would my life look like in 90 days if I stayed faithful to small daily deposits?
You don’t need a perfect plan to make progress. You need a simple rhythm and a willing heart. This is a season to move with wisdom, give yourself grace, and stay open to what God is doing as you go. Small steps, done consistently, create real change.
If you want extra support in this season, both books can strengthen your journey. Menopause & Me helps you navigate body changes with faith and clarity, and Rise of the Proverbs 31 Woman helps you build wisdom, discipline, and alignment as you grow. And if you want structure, accountability, and coaching support in one place, that’s what we build inside FFP 360 Total Woman Wellness Studio.
Next time, we’re going to do a check-in. I want to know how your 90-day plan is going—what’s working, what’s been challenging, and what you need to adjust so you can stay steady. We’re not just starting strong. We’re learning how to keep going.
