“Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” — Proverbs 31:30 (NIV)
Now that The Rise of the Proverbs 31 Woman is out in the world, my prayer is that women don’t just read the words — they live them.
The Proverbs 31 Woman isn’t a character to admire from a distance. She’s a model of what’s possible when faith leads the way and wisdom shapes every decision. Her life is a rhythm of grace — intentional, balanced, and deeply rooted in God. Living this out in today’s world doesn’t mean we have to do more — it means we have to do what matters most.
“Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” — Proverbs 31:30
In a culture that celebrates performance and perfection, this verse reminds us to return to what’s eternal — our reverence for God.
It’s easy to get caught up in what looks successful, but the Proverbs 31 life isn’t about appearance or applause. It’s about walking in alignment with Heaven’s priorities. It’s about being led, not driven. This kind of woman doesn’t just talk about faith — she embodies it. Her peace becomes her presence. Her boundaries become her protection. Her confidence becomes her quiet strength.
When I think about living as a Proverbs 31 Woman in 2025, I think about all the lessons I’ve learned in the last few years — about slowing down, listening for God’s direction, and protecting what He’s entrusted to me.
I no longer measure my worth by how much I do, but by how present I am with what God has given me. I’ve learned to make rest part of my rhythm, to say no when I need to, and to keep my eyes on purpose instead of perfection.
Walking in her shoes today looks like this:
Choosing faith when fear tries to creep in.
Honoring my body as a temple, not a project.
Showing up for my assignments, not for attention.
Laughing at the future because my peace is anchored in God’s promises.
Faith Moment in Action
The Proverbs 31 life is not about pace; it’s about posture. When you move with intention, God multiplies your peace.
Faith is your foundation.
Wisdom is your filter.
Peace is your posture.
When you honor your rhythm, you honor the One who created it.
In Action:
Choose one part of your daily routine to slow down this week — maybe your morning coffee, your walk, or your drive. Use that moment to breathe deeply and say, “Lord, thank You for the grace to move at Your pace.”
